Operations Associate

As the Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting core business operations and working with leadership to ensure the organization runs smoothly across People Ops, Finance, Business Strategy, and Vendor Management. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will help drive initiatives that improve the employee experience, enable leadership alignment on goals, and ensure ENS Labs continues to scale effectively as a globally distributed team. This role requires both attention to detail and cross-functional versatility, combining your background in operations or administrative support with strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day processes that are critical to company performance. You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff, leadership, and cross-functionally across ENS Labs, as well as external vendors and partners. Your role will be pivotal to keeping operations efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities. This role will start part-time at 20 hours per week, with an opportunity for a full-time role after 3 months.
