Job Description

Support the customer insights associate manager in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support assortment, merchandising and distribution strategies. Responsibilities include creating visuals, updating data, and formatting PowerPoints in support of sales presentations. The role involves analyzing data to assess trends, performance drivers and identify mutually beneficial growth opportunities. It requires developing a knowledge of the shopper, the category and customers via internal and external data analysis. The analyst will assist in developing recommendations to optimize assortments, shelf space allocation and merchandising, and support ad hoc analysis requests through gathering data from third party data sources. The role also monitors category performance and report on KPIs.
