Staff Software Engineers pair hands-on engineering with leadership, guiding technical direction and enabling fellow engineers through collaboration and mentorship.
This role reports to the Engineering Manager and is remote within the US.

In this position you will:

Craft new features, write automated tests, and work iteratively to ship minimal features.
Own architecture and data-modeling decisions, weighing tradeoffs.
Mentor engineers, establish technical direction, and act as connective tissue within the team.

What you’ll get:

Salary range $128,945 to $157,850 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
