About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
- Cash compensation tailored to geographic markets; eligible for company-wide bonus program.
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will:
- Set long-term technical vision and architecture for backend systems.
- Architect high-throughput distributed systems and APIs.
- Lead foundational platform investments and data infrastructure.
About you:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with extensive distributed systems expertise.
- Strong technical foundation in Python, Java, or Go.
- Demonstrated technical leadership across cross-pillar initiatives.
