About the Role:
- Build critical systems for LaunchDarkly's AgentControl team, including customer-facing web applications and distributed systems powering AI evaluations at scale.
- Enable customers to control, monitor, and optimize their agent's functionality.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain scalable backend services, distributed systems, and APIs using Go, Python, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve GenAI workflows and drive architecture and design discussions.
- Support teammates through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-quality full-stack features.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, or deploying AI services in production.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a collaborative, communicative mindset.
