Staff/Principal Software Engineer

The Staff/Principal Software Engineer will be responsible for shaping and architecting the next generation of Payer related solutions driven by a foundation that is based on AI and use of LLMs to solve payment integrity across claims processing for Healthcare Payers. The ideal candidate has proven track record of building complex software systems through the full lifecycle and leadership skills to be a guide, mentor and coach as well as be a tech lead for our projects in Payment Integrity space.

You’ll influence foundational technical decisions and collaborate with a world-class engineering team solving meaningful and complex problems. You will lead end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale data mining solutions that handle real-time data as well as batch mode ingestion, modeling, and inference. You will also shape long-term architectural direction, technology stack, and engineering best practices.
