Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the Trust & Safety Engineering team as the foundational leader within the Provider organization.
• Architect and implement product-based solutions for auditing, enforcing, and measuring Trust & Safety policies across internal and external workflows.
• Build custom tools and integrate third-party solutions to address fraud, billing anomalies, and credential abuse.
• Mentor senior engineers, contribute to technical design decisions, and drive cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
