Job Description

This role involves end-to-end delivery of CRM strategies, from development to execution. A Lead CRM Manager drives renewals and premium user growth through email and mobile channels (push and in-app). This person will work with the Head of CRM and Product teams to define and optimize the CRM strategy, challenging the status quo with a growth mindset. Key responsibilities include delivering optimized and triggered campaigns, supporting user journey optimization, and analyzing campaign results. You will be highly data-centric and comfortable self-serving and modeling data when needed. You will also collaborate with insights, customer service, and research teams to identify opportunities to optimize conversions and engagement, ensuring consistent customer experiences across channels. This requires 4/5+ years CRM experience with multi-language campaigns, strong stakeholder management, experience with cross-channel CRM systems like Braze, and an understanding of Connected content / Braze Cloud Data.
