As a Lead CRM Manager, you will play a vital role in driving renewals and premium user growth through email and mobile channels. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, from strategy development to the execution of campaigns, and evaluation of performance against KPIs. The role involves defining and optimizing the CRM strategy, owning the delivery of optimized and triggered campaigns across channels, and analyzing campaign results to propose new initiatives and A/B tests.
