Lead Product Manager - Agentic Platform

What you'll own:

• Scribble — the core super-agent persona: its capabilities, behavior, trust model, and how it improves over time to earn user confidence.
• Discovery — ensuring the right agentic capability surfaces contextually across every Pencil surface without manual navigation.
• Orchestration — the intelligence that converts a brief into an approved workflow with reliable agent selection and sequencing.

Key responsibilities:

• Define Scribble's product roadmap including improvement loops, trust model, and metrics for user confidence.
• Own contextual discovery across chat, workflows, canvas, and feeds through intent rather than navigation.
• Partner with engineering early to make good tradeoffs, prototype alongside designers, and instrument everything with measurable baselines.

Your background:

• Hands-on AI product experience shipping agentic or LLM-powered products in production.
• Marketing or creative tech background understanding enterprise marketer workflows, brand safety, and campaign workflows.
• Strong product instincts on persona and UX for AI systems that build user trust over time.
• Technical credibility to hold your own in architecture conversations about orchestration, MCP, and LLM tool-calling.
