Responsibilities:

Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality, intuitive user experiences for internal users.
Use data and experimentation to drive decisions, size impact, and optimize key user flows.
Translate both customer and agent insights into product decisions via lightweight research, interviews, and usability tests.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in product management (or related roles), with a focus on agent-facing products and/or Sales & Operations enablement.
Strong partnership skills with Design, Research, Engineering, and business stakeholders; comfortable working within design systems.
Familiarity with AI/ML systems and API integrations; comfortable going deep on implementation details with engineering.
