About the Role:
- Build and lead the claims operation behind Brighterway's claims administration offering.
- Hire and manage adjusters, set quality standards, own customer relationships, and decide with engineering which parts of the job the platform should do.
What You Will Do:
- Stand up and run the claims team: staffing models, caseload standards, quality audits, escalation paths.
- Lead program transitions: file transfer, data mapping, reserve review, customer communication.
- Represent Brighterway with customers, brokers and regulators on claims matters.
What We Look For:
- 8+ years in workers' compensation claims with at least 3 years managing adjusters.
- Track record running a claims unit at a TPA, carrier or large self-insured employer.
- Comfort with data: you read loss runs and dashboards fluently.
