Customer Support in Icelandic - Part-Time Remote Role

We’re looking for Icelandic speakers to provide customer service support via chat, voice, or email. You’ll help answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience, all while working part-time from home. Responsibilities include learning business processes, responding to customer inquiries in Icelandic, ensuring timely responses, recording consumer feedback, maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism, and escalating high-risk scenarios. This is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen as an Independent Contractor.
