Growth & Marketing Leader

Lead both the Marketing Acquisition and Brand teams while serving as a strategic pod leader for one of our multi-million-dollar business units. The Growth and Marketing Leader is responsible for owning revenue growth and leading the growth strategy for SimpleNursing, nursing education business, acting as a mini business owner who drives both marketing performance and overall business results. The Growth and Marketing Leader role involves owning the growth agenda for SimpleNursing, setting and executing data-driven strategies to acquire, convert, and retain students in a highly digital, direct-to-consumer environment. The primary focus is to drive aggressive, sustainable revenue growth—experimenting across channels, building scalable programs, and turning insights into repeatable results. The Growth and Marketing Leader is directly responsible for delivering revenue and performance targets for the business, continuously optimizing marketing investments, conversion funnels, and lifecycle initiatives to meet or exceed plan.
