As a leader in our professional services team, you'll oversee Vault RIM implementations for Life Sciences customers across Europe, ensuring seamless delivery, talent development, and operational excellence.
You'll lead a high-performing team of consultants and project managers through consistent, transparent coaching and feedback. Be a trusted advisor to customers on implementation approach, methodology, and leading practices. Provide thought leadership on the practice’s processes, tools, and offerings. Contribute to proposals and collaborate with account teams during the sales process.
