The candidate will participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, and proactively apply knowledge to enhance the technology stack. The candidate will also identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions, as well as collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality software through automated testing and continuous integration.
