Job Description
The Enterprise Product Owner will lead the strategic transformation and implementation of Workday ERP across Colibri’s finance ecosystem. You will ensure successful project execution by owning the scope, partnering closely with system integrators (SI), and driving product-led execution. With a curiosity-driven mindset, you will gain deep insights into financial processes, bridging functional and technical domains to simplify and optimize Colibri’s enterprise systems. Your role will evolve into broader enterprise transformations, including HR and payroll.
Key responsibilities include product ownership, scope and delivery management, stakeholder liaison, project leadership, and documentation. You will validate solutions, participate in testing and data migration, and proactively manage risks. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of external consulting experience with SaaS project delivery.
