Client Migrations Change Manager, TPA

Responsibilities:

• Develop change strategy by creating and maintaining a comprehensive plan aligned with project phases and workstreams.
• Lead change impact assessments to identify how system and process changes affect internal teams and workflows.
• Own internal communications by managing a master plan with targeted, role-specific messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bring 8-10 years of organizational change management experience within large-scale transformation programs.
• Demonstrate experience in healthcare or regulated environments and familiarity with system migrations.
• Possess strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and risk mitigation abilities.
