Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and execution.
- Represent Soles4Souls at industry events and leverage market insights to unlock new opportunities.
Team and Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture aligned with organizational values.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures for team performance and manage the business development budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, finance, and leadership to ensure successful partnership execution.
Qualifications and Impact:
- Requires 10+ years in business development, corporate partnerships, or sales, with strong experience in retail, footwear, or apparel industries.
- Proven success in building enterprise-level partnerships, managing budgets, and closing complex deals in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for product philanthropy, sustainability, and purpose-driven work, with a valid driver’s license.
