Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies focused on retailers, footwear, and apparel brands to increase product donations and revenue.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and execution.
  • Represent Soles4Souls at industry events and leverage market insights to unlock new opportunities.

Team and Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability measures for team performance and manage the business development budget.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, finance, and leadership to ensure successful partnership execution.

Qualifications and Impact:

  • Requires 10+ years in business development, corporate partnerships, or sales, with strong experience in retail, footwear, or apparel industries.
  • Proven success in building enterprise-level partnerships, managing budgets, and closing complex deals in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for product philanthropy, sustainability, and purpose-driven work, with a valid driver’s license.
