About the Role:
- This role supports the scaling of IDC’s Learning Engineering and Solutions team.
- Essential to stabilizing throughput, reducing training debt, improving content governance.
- Ensuring that learning assets and data are well-organized.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute assigned production tasks to support the creation and update of enablement content.
- Support organization and structuring of learning assets across repositories.
- Assist in maintaining content inventories and tracking systems.
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in instructional design or training content development.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Camtasia and VideoScribe.
- Working knowledge of AI tools used for training and content development.
