Reporting to the VP of Product Innovation, Design, and Learning Experience, the Senior Director will enable customers to learn how to use our product at a large software product company. Responsibilities include creating, publishing, and maintaining Customer Partner training content, instructional design, and curriculum design. Experience collaborating with Product Management or Product Marketing on release training is desirable.
This role involves global team management, including in India, and requires strong cross-team collaboration skills, especially with other department leaders from Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support. The Senior Director will launch a Customer or Partner training program externally for people to get certified. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be driven by working within a fast-paced environment.
