New Provider Onboarding Associate

The Provider Onboarding Associate (POA) plays a critical role in shaping the journey for new Registered Dietitians (RDs) as they join our team. From the moment a new provider signs their offer, the POA is directly responsible for ensuring they are supported, confident, and ready to start successfully seeing patients at Nourish. This role is centered around creating a best-in-class provider experience - managing complex inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding their onboarding journey. The POA is responsible for getting RDs over the finish line so that they can begin delivering exceptional care to patients. The key responsibilities includes serve as the point of contact for new providers, developing deep expertise in Nourish’s tools and processes to effectively support RDs; Support the development and enhancement of onboarding materials to help providers quickly learn Nourish’s systems and processes; Pitch new providers on the value of joining Nourish and guide them through a streamlined onboarding process so they can start delivering care quickly; Proactively identify and troubleshoot challenges providers face during onboarding. Manage the onboarding inbox, answering provider questions via email, phone/zoom, and chat in a timely and professional manner Work with cross-functional teams to ensure new providers have a strong start, using feedback to continuously improve our processes; Leverage key onboarding metrics - activation rates, satisfaction, and timelines - to continuously improve the provider experience.
