Game Designer (Mid/Senior)

About the Role:

• We are working on a hardcore medieval sandbox MMORPG with player-driven gameplay and complex economic systems.
• You will design and improve gameplay mechanics, balance systems, and prepare detailed documentation.
• You will collaborate with developers, QA, and production throughout the engine transition.

Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of game design experience, preferably with multiplayer, RPG, or MMO projects.
• You must have strong understanding of systems design, balancing, and game economies.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in English are essential.
