Responsibilities:
- Demo Platform Ownership: Architect, build, and maintain scalable demo systems and environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios.
- Innovation & Strategy: Define the long-term vision for demo infrastructure, including automation, repeatability, and integration with GTM workflows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a technical and strategic partner to Solutions Engineers, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure demo alignment with customer and market needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Marketing, or related, with at least 3 years focused on demo infrastructure or enablement.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with scripting/programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to design demo systems that align with business objectives and scale with organizational growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building demo automation frameworks or self-service demo platforms.
- Strong background in SaaS or enterprise software, particularly in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, or data infrastructure solutions (if relevant to your industry).
