Field Event Execution & Operational Support:
- Implementation of approved event strategies and plans.
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks for field events.
- Support hands-on execution for U.S.-based regional events.
Regional U.S. & International Event Coordination:
- Support early-stage international field event efforts (EMEA and APAC).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Maintain event calendars, documentation, and operational playbooks.
Event Assets, Logistics & Inventory:
- Manage day-to-day coordination of event assets.
- Own inventory tracking and organization of event materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams.
Post-Event Administration & Sales Support:
- Assist with post-event execution, including lead scrubbing, data hygiene.
- Work with Sales to ensure accurate event notes, proper lead routing, and timely follow-up.
