Responsibilities:
- Report to CCIO and lead largest pursuits as senior creative leader, owning strategy and finalist presentations.
- Shape integrated solutions across experience, data, and technology with sales and practice leads.
- Drive AI use cases across UX/UI delivery and embed AI-enabled client experiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years leading experience design teams with accountability for growth and operational metrics.
- Proven track record winning $1M+ engagements as senior person in finalist presentations.
- Daily hands-on AI tool use and ability to explain strengths and limits to clients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range $225,000 - $245,000 annually, based on competencies demonstrated.
- Remote-first company with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
- Travel required up to 25%.
