Data Engineer

What you'll do:

• Support deployment of scalable infrastructure and tooling (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Sigma) to support analytics, reporting, and real-time data exchange with providers and partners.
• Drive high-impact analyses across claims, EHR, and real-time patient activity data, translating complex data into clear insights that inform care delivery and payer collaboration.
• Build and scale robust data pipelines and governance practices to ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance across the organization.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong technical foundation and track record of building scalable data systems in cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data—particularly claims, EMR, and patient-generated health data—and how to translate it into insights that drive care delivery and cost reduction.
• Strategic problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and combines hands-on technical ability with a systems-thinking mindset.

Additional Information:

• The expected compensation for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
• This role is remote but candidates must be based in the Northeastern US.
