Director of Solutions Engineering

We’re looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead our talented team of Solutions Engineers. In this role, you'll guide the team responsible for pre-sales technical expertise, product demos, and crafting tailored solutions for potential clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to help prospects clearly understand the value of what we offer—and to make sure implementations are smooth from the start. You’ll bring deep technical expertise to the table to help clients clearly see how we can solve their business problems. You’ll help influence the roadmap with insights from the front lines. From refining documentation and demo strategies to optimizing team workflows, your impact here will be big. You’ll also support ongoing development to make sure every team member continues to learn and level up.
