Program Development & Oversight:

  • Lead the design and launch of an in-house graduate training program, ensuring medical accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Define clinical phases, competency milestones, and progression timelines, and establish a scalable training model in partnership with operations leadership.
  • Monitor program performance, expand development offerings for DVMs at all stages, and drive continuous improvement based on leadership priorities.

Mentorship & Clinical Engagement:

  • Identify trends or gaps in clinical quality and partner with hospital leadership to align solutions and ensure training translates into real-world workflows.
  • Define and track key metrics such as time to productivity, surgical competency progression, case quality, engagement levels, and retention of early-career DVMs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and clinical resources, supporting logistics for sessions to ensure accessibility and consistency across all hospitals.
