Job Description
As part of the Content Production team, you will be at the forefront of our virtual experience design, management, and execution! Within this role, you will manage the creation and execution of various AMA events and interact with key stakeholders across the industry. You will act as production lead on various virtual events and build the virtual event platform from start to finish, coordinating with project leads on timelines, content, and other deliverables for virtual events.
You will also conduct rehearsals with speakers, prepare registration pages within the virtual event platform (Cvent), and cultivate relationships with sponsor partners. Training volunteers and walking them through the event platform, you will execute online programs and virtual events, set up and moderate live trainings, and collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth event experience.
