As the Lead Internal Events Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-impact internal events that align with Webflow’s strategic goals. You’ll also own our regional connection events, virtual social connection, offsites, build out our overall internal events strategy for long-term scalability, and contribute meaningfully to building our employer brand.

The Event Specialist will serve as a key liaison between event planners and event account managers, ensuring smooth communication and seamless coordination for all events throughout the year. This role involves actively supporting both sides of the team by supporting comprehensive documentation that outlines all event requirements and timelines. They will also play a crucial role in assisting with event management platforms like Cvent.
