Internal Events Specialist

As an Internal Events Specialist you will be a key contributor to planning internal offsite events and company-wide virtual meetings. In this role, you will be a key contributor to planning internal offsite events and company-wide virtual meetings. You will manage event requests and support the planning and execution of company-wide virtual meetings, town halls, and offsite gatherings. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify event needs, objectives, and deliverables; coordinate logistics including scheduling, vendor management, venue booking, catering, AV, and technical setup. You will also assist with developing event communications and promotional materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
