Job Description
Care Access is seeking a Manager, Study Training Compliance and DOA Management to lead a high-performing team within the Central Support Operations unit. This role oversees the development, execution, and continuous improvement of study training compliance and Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix management processes across the organizationโs clinical research portfolio, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, sponsor expectations, and internal quality systems.
The Manager supervises a team, manages workload prioritization, supports audit preparedness, and drives operational excellence. Responsibilities include team leadership, training compliance strategy, DOA matrix management, audit readiness, and process optimization. The role requires a deep understanding of clinical research operations, GCP compliance, and site readiness. It also involves strong documentation management and excellent communication skills.
