Program Manager - Contract

As a dedicated Program Manager within our Business Operations team, you will support and promote our growing Business Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this individual will collaborate across departments. Track complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned with goals, within budget, and overcome challenges effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to set clear milestones and drive progress. Oversee programs from initial concept through successful implementation, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and continuous momentum throughout the process. Serve as a key connector between teams, working closely with stakeholders across departments. Deliver clear, actionable updates to various audiences, from development teams to senior leadership. Establish regular touchpoints and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment. Define and track meaningful metrics to assess impact and progress. Oversee and optimize the contractor workflow, from request to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to high-quality standards.
