System Architect

Act in the position of Systems and Solutions Architect within the client, interacting with the client's architecture management in search of solutions to current problems and new business demands. Have a pro-active profile and act on the investigation of problems and hands-on when necessary. Have availability to travel whenever necessary. Act with double reporting - technical responsibility to the end customer and full accountability to CI&T management for project monitoring and career development. Act as a bridge between technology and business, coordinate technical leadership in integrated solutions, know and promote the main business objectives and key indicators. Act in solving latent problems and technical difficulties of the team. Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, anticipating possible problems and challenges during software development. Conduct management and give visibility to the architectural backlog and roadmap, considering debts, risks, roadblocks, enablers and technical dependencies. Ensure a sustainable architecture, considering decoupling strategies, evolutionary architecture, resilience and availability. Perform code reviews, when necessary, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and good development practices. Maintain governance of standards and reference architecture. Manage technical and functional trade-offs of solutions, presenting a well-founded positioning taking into account existing options in terms of technical solutions, tools, based on data and facts for decision making. Identify opportunities for the use of trends and emerging technologies that add value, especially the use of AI. Ensure a strategy that fosters the reuse of components between different teams. Collaborate with development teams, providing guidance and technical support to ensure the correct implementation of the proposed architecture. Guide technical teams with a clear vision, encouraging collaboration. Have the ability to constantly interact with multiple stakeholders including client teams, CI&T internal teams and any suppliers.
