Job Description
This position will play an important role in driving growth and enhancing engagement within our existing customer base of global accounts. You’ll execute strategic programs that engage key customer stakeholders, use a multi-channel approach to move them down the funnel, and assess campaigns on a rolling basis to optimize tactics. They will plan, build, and deliver impactful global marketing campaigns and programs targeting the B2B customer base. They will support the buying journey with compelling storytelling across each stage of the buyer's journey, focusing on expansion.
They also drive key customer marketing programs, including case studies and testimonials, sales reference program, and third-party reviews on G2, Gartner Peer Insights and Trustpilot. This role leads the cross-functional effort in the development and execution of comprehensive campaigns in alignment with business objectives and core initiatives and monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement.
