Overview:
- Responsible for driving UK&I and multi-market innovation delivery within Nomad Foods according to the overall Nomad Innovation Process.
- You will manage NPD projects for the UK&I and multi-markets, ensuring adherence to the Innovation Process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation: Work with Project Lead to scope out clear project brief, resolve issues, and build revised plans.
- Project Planning: Use planning and project management tools to create effective project plans and manage dependencies.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify stakeholder map and use communication plan to engage stakeholders effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of governance processes and project management tools such as Planview.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks and issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
