Remote Database Administrator - Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Perform DBA activities remotely with customers around the world
• Automate various DBA tasks on customer servers
• Perform periodic health checks and reports on customer systems

Qualifications:

• Passion for serving customers and solving technical problems
• Knowledge of SQL query writing and optimization
• Understanding of various high availability environments

Bonus Experience and Skills:

• Experience in a 24×7 support environment
• Proficient with multiple backup utilities
• Proficient in one or more scripting languages
