Technical Skills:

• Develop processes for managing post trade processing and defining performance metrics.
• Oversee a global team responsible for executing spot, lending, and derivatives operations.
• Reconcile and monitor digital asset activity across internal ledgers and external systems.

• Proactively engage with business partners to adapt to evolving business strategies.
• Manage complexities of reconciling transactions involving cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets and fiat currencies.
• Inspire and lead a high performing team, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Stay updated on cryptocurrency trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices.
• Understand different cryptocurrencies, technologies, and custodianship processes.
• Share knowledge among the team in conjunction with business partners; avoid single points of failure.

• Directly manage and coach team members to improve processes.
• Interface with financial investors and C-level executives, conveying information and insights.
• Forge relationships with partners, especially in Compliance and Product departments.
