Staff Software Engineer, GTM Systems

The Staff GTM Software Engineer will join the GTM team and help accelerate Netlify’s mission to build the modern web - for humans and agents. This role is a force multiplier for Netlify’s GTM organization, sitting at the intersection of engineering, revenue operations, and AI innovation. You’ll own how GTM data and systems connect - building the foundation that enables intelligence, automation, and speed across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. From connecting our tools to deploying AI-powered automations, you’ll ensure our revenue stack operates as a cohesive, intelligent ecosystem. As our founding Staff GTM Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting customer needs, GTM execution, and the future of AX. You will use your expertise in full-stack development to ship internal tools, dashboards, and workflows that unify data from sales, marketing, and product usage. Also, design integrations and automate workflows across Netlify’s GTM systems, stitching together data flows between tools like 6sense, Clearbit, Crossbeam, HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc. to create a single source of truth.
