HRIS Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient administration of HR information and record keeping using Paycom software.
• Manage and process employee transactions and data from application through termination.
• Create and analyze reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience with Paycom in an HRIS role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Service-oriented, collaborative, and creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
