About This Role:

Lead HR Operations Excellence:

• Guide and mentor the HR Operations team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR programs, processes, and service delivery.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Head of HR, aligning operational priorities with company goals.

Manage Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance:

• Oversee payroll and benefits administration across the US and Canada with accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining strong risk management and control environments.
