Senior Full Stack Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic and small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and deployment of web applications, with a strong focus on both backend and frontend technologies. This role requires someone capable of managing and prioritizing their work, gathering requirements, and taking initiative in a collaborative environment to build and maintain both internal and customer-facing tools. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using Django and Python, implementing responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS/LESS, and HTMX, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring performance, and identifying and fixing bugs. You will work independently to ensure timely project completion.
