Demand Planning & Fulfillment Analyst

The Task At Hand:

• Supply plans only matter if the POs behind them actually match. That's the gap you'll close.
• You'll own fulfillment and supply planning across our brand portfolio, reconciling POs and keeping co-manufacturers and 3PLs in sync.

• A results-driven, analytical thinker who knows that accurate supply forecasting and clean data are the foundation of a well-run supply chain.
• Skilled at spotting discrepancies and reconciling data before it becomes a downstream problem.

In This Role You Will:

• Build and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts and national/state-level supply plans across all platforms.
• Reconcile production POs against supply plans and collaborate with Product and Supply Chain teams.

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
