Role Overview:
- Lead a supply and inventory planning team managing purchased finished goods and forward deployment.
- Support multiple business units, driving towards service, inventory, and cost targets.
- Facilitate SIOP process and resolve cross-business conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop direct reports, extending influence across the organization.
- Communicate with executive level, presenting polished data and recommendations.
- Drive fact-based decision-making using standardized planning scenarios.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required, with emphasis in supply chain or business preferred.
- 7+ years experience in multi-facility environment.
- Strong Excel and ERP proficiency, SAP/JDA a plus.
