Inventory / Supply Chain Analyst

Overview:

• Monitor and track daily operations of the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Interface with various parts of the organization to collect data through the purchasing, logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ensure correct execution of manufacturing workflows, including Inventory Transfers and Work Order release.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze information and own validation of BOM quantities, actual vs standard yields, Work Orders and inventory movements through the ERP.
• Track raw materials and inventory levels to assist the supply chain group to maintain optimal stock and timely replenishment.
• Proactively identify discrepancies in inventory, production, and procurement and communicate summary results to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
