Procurement Lead for Production Materials & Consumables

Forecasting & Demand Planning:

• Build and maintain forecasting models for high-priority production materials.
• Track and maintain supplier signals across the supplier base.
• Develop initial buy plans for new lab launches and capacity expansions.

Purchase Order & Inventory Management:

• Manage the full PO lifecycle in NetSuite.
• Monitor inventory consumption and proactively identify slow-moving materials.
• Own the accuracy of item master data, Bills of Materials, and Units of Measure.

Team Development:

• Train and coach BPO agents and peers on procurement processes.
• Serve as a knowledge resource and escalation point for the broader procurement team.
