Strategic Solutions Director

The Strategic Solutions Director is responsible for providing executive leadership, management, and oversight in the development, execution, and delivery of advanced solutions and business development in Cyber, Technology & Strategic Innovation. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in information technology. The Director will ensure operational excellence across all assigned programs, with responsibilities covering customer engagement and satisfaction and the development of strategies to foster organic growth and mission success. This position will serve as the principal liaison with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives, Technical Points of Contact, Site Leads, and On-Site Project Managers to ensure program performance aligns with contract requirements, delivery schedules, and established budget parameters. The Director will maintain direct coordination with Government Points of Contact (POCs) to uphold superior customer satisfaction and cultivate trusted relationships.
