Credit Risk Director

Varo Bank is seeking a passionate, data-driven Credit Risk Director to provide risk management oversight and effective challenge of credit related activities as they grow their lending business. The director will collaborate across a number of teams internally; including risk management, product, lending, finance, engineering and legal to ensure Varo Bank’s risk management is best in class. They will manage Credit Key Risk Indicators and perform portfolio analysis to generate actionable insights. The director will also evaluate new alternative data and determine how best to utilize them.
