Staff SDET

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead AI transformation for quality engineering, defining strategy and building scalable tooling and frameworks.
• Own automated QA metrics collection and operationalize data to drive business outcomes and improve release processes.
• Mentor the QA team, expand capabilities into new domains, and contribute to coding standards and engineering best practices.

Technical Environment:

• Platform uses microservices with Node.js, Python, React, Playwright, AWS, Kubernetes, and GitLab for CI/CD.
• Heavy investment in reliability with Datadog and Amplitude, and modern AI workflows using tools like Cursor and Claude.
• Work within the Infrastructure organization, collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Operations Tooling teams.

Candidate Profile:

• Requires 10+ years in SWE, QA, or SDET with at least 3 years at a senior+ level and deep test automation expertise.
• Must demonstrate AI-first leadership, strong full-stack coding skills, and opinionated views on automated quality metrics.
• Expected to work with extreme initiative and autonomy, possessing staff-level communication and cross-functional influence.
